Return

Our customers can return their purchased items to us in case of damage or if they are not satisfied with the product. For the refund, the items must be returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are unused with the original packaging.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like wood chips and essential oil. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

 

Once Arotree receives and approves your returned item(s), we will promptly refund the purchase price to you. Please note that additional charges such as taxes, customs, duties, and shipping costs incurred after the initial purchase on www.Arotree.com are non-refundable.

We offer refund to the original payment method, you may decide at your own choice for the refund resolution when submitting a return request.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method will be sent out to your registered email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
